Departure by 12 (midday). Please leave your pitch tidy and remove all rubbish/recycling to the designated area.

Campers cannot bring their dogs, occasionally we will bring our farm dogs onto the site.

Family groups or groups of up to 3 families are permitted to stay but please let us know in advance to ensure you can pitch together.

Campfires and firepits are encouraged (in the designated locations only; one per pitch). BBQ's must be raised off the ground.

Family campsite - expect noise from children!

The Daggles is both situated on and surrounded by working farms as such there maybe machinery working, animals making noise and farm vehicles working in the vicinity.

No music permitted on site. Low noise policy between 10pm-6am.

No driving on site.

Anyone not obeying by these rules will be told to leave and will have elected to cancel their stay with no refund.

Cancellations are only accepted in writing via email. ​

More than 30 days before your arrival date you will lose your 30% deposit and any other payments made will be refunded less a £10 fee.

Less than 30 days before your arrival date; we will try and move your booking to another date within in the current season booking window, if this is not possible a voucher will be issued to use in the next booking season booking season, if prices have increased then you will need to pay any additional fees due.

We will always try and accommodate changes in dates within a booking season but do so subject to availability.
Terms and Conditions
When booking at The Daggles Dorset you are agreeing to enter into a binding contract with us.
References to ‘us’ and ‘we’ in these Conditions relate to The Daggles Dorset. References to ‘you’ or ‘your’ relate to the person making the booking and all members of that person’s party. When you book online or we email confirmation of a reservation to you, we enter into a contract with you, which is subject to these Booking Conditions.
The Daggles Dorset accepts no liability for loss or damage to possessions and/or personal injury. In making this booking you are accepting full responsibility for yourself, your booking party, your children and you are agreeing to abide by our Terms and Conditions, which can also be viewed in full on our website.
All cars, vehicles, motorbikes, bikes or other vehicles are parked at their owners risk. We accept no liability for loss or damage to cars, vehicles, motorbikes, bikes or other vehicles.
General Booking Information
Booking Confirmation:
Please check your Booking Confirmation email and notify us of any errors immediately. You must be over 18 year of age to make a booking.
Payment:
Payment is taken automatically via the booking site. A deposit of 30% is taken on booking with the balance due 30 days prior, this will be taken automatically.
Cancellation or Changes by You:
Please let us know immediately if you need to cancel your booking, cancellations are only accepted in writing via email. If you cancel your booking the following applies:

Less than 30 days before your arrival date; we will try and move your booking to another date within in the current booking window, if this is not possible a voucher will be issued to use in the following booking season, if prices have increased then you will need to pay any additional fees due.
We will always try and accommodate changes in dates within a booking season but do subject to availability. If you wish to move your holiday we will allow you the flexibility to do so to any available date up to the end of the current season (the 'rebooking window') with no additional charges. Please be aware that if there is no availability during the rebooking window we will be unable to move your holiday and you would need to cancel your holiday as per the terms above. Please ensure you have adequate holiday insurance.

Cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances:
We are not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event we are prevented from fulfilling your Booking as a result of circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, notifiable diseases, health risks or such similar events (“Force Majeure”). We strongly recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this.
Cancellation or Changes by Us:
Once we have issued you with a confirmation, we will do our best not to make any changes or cancel your booking. However please note very occasionally confirmed bookings have to be changed or cancelled. We promise to do all we can to avoid changes and cancellations but must reserve the right to do so.
Travel Insurance:
We recommend insurance to cover cancellation, loss, damage or injury.
Groups:
First and foremost we are a family centred small quiet campsite. We only accept group bookings from family groups or groups of up to 3 families, if your party is larger than this then please consider whether a whole site hire might be more appropriate and get in touch with us first. If you are booking as a group we will endeavour to site you on adjacent pitches but this may not always be possible. No single sex groups. No under 18 groups.
Pets:
We regret that pets are not permitted at our campsites. Please be aware our dogs may occasionally be on site with us.

If you do not contact us and you have not arrived by noon on the day following the booking start date we will treat your booking as having been cancelled by you and you will not be entitled to any refund.
Noise Policy and Behaviour:
We ask that campers please respect fellow campers and our local neighbours. There is a LOW NOISE POLICY from 10pm-6am around the campsite.
All electronic music and percussion instruments of any kind are banned. If you decide to have a sing song around the camp fire please be mindful of your fellow campers!
The Daggles is both situated on and surrounded by working farms as such there maybe machinery working, animals making noise and farm vehicles working in the vicinity, this noise is generally a daytime addition only and we feel it is all part of the rural experience.
We reserve the right to remove any campers who act inappropriately or do not follow our noise guidelines. If you are removed for this reason no refund will be given as you will be in breach of these terms and conditions and our contract.
Your safety:
The Daggles is surrounded by beautiful countryside filled with unusual plants and animals. However, this brings with it the risks associated with wild animals and poisonous plants. We accept no responsibility for any injuries or illness that you suffer as a result of bites, stings or from eating or playing with poisonous plants. If in any doubt, please always ask us, and encourage your children not to touch plants or animals that you or they cannot positively identify.
Children are free to explore the site, but they remain their parents responsibility at ALL times.
Our campsite and the surrounding landscape include rough terrain, trees, brambles and other natural hazards. Depending on the weather, conditions can vary, be prepared.
We reserve the right to close the campsite in extreme or dangerous weather conditions. The decision to do this is entirely at our discretion and would not be undertaken lightly.
Fireworks, Chinese lanterns, weapons, generators and dangerous materials or substances are not allowed on the campsite.
Our campsites adjoins agricultural land. Campers must be careful when entering these areas whilst staying with us and must stay on public rights of way and footpaths.
Vehicles and the Car Park:
Only staff and emergency vehicles are permitted to access the campsite field.
All guests and any additional guests visiting the campsite (with prior agreement from us) may only park in the designated car park area.
Cleaning and rubbish Policy:
We ask that you leave your tent pitch or areas you use within the campsite in a clean and tidy state upon your departure.
We have ample provision for recycling so please separate your rubbish and use the bins provided. We have limited 'black bag' waste facilities and ask you to consider taking your rubbish home with you and /or recycling as much as possible on site.
Additional Day Guests:
With prior approval it may be possible for additional guests to visit the site between 10am and 9pm. The maximum numbers allowed on each site at any one time may preclude guests from visiting.
Smoking:
No smoking is allowed near or within the campsite facilities or in the adjoining private woodland. We ask that if you chose to smoke you do so considerately and away from other campers. Under no circumstances must cigarette butts or similar be discarded on or around the site, please ensure they are disposed of appropriately and safely, failure to do so may result in you and your family being asked to leave the site.
The staff:
It is a condition of your booking that you agree to follow the directions of staff.
Camp fires and firewood:
Camp fires are only permitted in the designated area on each pitch, if its location is not immediately obvious to you then please ask. Burn marks all over the site ruin it for future visitors. Campers may purchase firewood as required. You must not collect firewood from the campsites or surrounding woodland areas. Fallen dead wood provides a natural habitat for many creatures. BBQ's must be raised off the ground.
Special Requests:
If you have special requests or needs, you are responsible for telling us at the time of booking. If you have a disability that may affect your stay at The Daggles Dorset please tell us before we confirm your booking. We will do our best to accommodate you but will let you know if we are not able to meet your needs.
Your Happiness:
It makes us happy if you enjoy your stay with us! If you have any problems during your stay, please let us know immediately so we can try and sort them out while you are here, once you leave we cannot practically do anything to help you! General Agreements:
You are expected to show due consideration for other people, including other guests, local residents and our staff. If you abuse the property or display dangerous or offensive behavior towards the staff, landowners or any third party, we may refuse to allow you access to the property or ask you to leave before the end of the holiday. If this happens we will treat your booking, as having been cancelled by you and you will not be entitled to any refund.
You are in a natural environment and as such you agree to respect all local flora and fauna. Any damage, willful or negligent, will be taken seriously and may result in you and your party being requested to leave the campsite. In such cases we will treat your booking as having been cancelled by you and you will not be entitled to any refund.
